She is a leader in Anders Women’s Initiative which is dedicated to helping women thrive in their businesses and careers. She is also a sought-after mentor and coach to the young professionals at Anders and is dedicated to staff education and development. 

About Lesley Sanchez 

As a partner in Audit and Assurance, Sanchez works with banking and financial institutions and privately held companies primarily in manufacturing, hospitality and construction. In addition to traditional audit services, Sanchez provides various consulting services for her clients, including internal control and accounting process improvements, financial statement due diligence and quality of earnings analysis. She has experience assisting clients through complex financial reporting issues such as revenue recognition, business acquisitions and equity compensation. Sanchez also concentrates on conducting employee benefit plan audits for defined contribution and benefit plans and ESOPs.
